No refunds on digital subscriptions, and please note if you are signing up for an automatic recurring subscription payment upon ordering. If you wish to cancel automatic recurring payment it is your responsibility to cancel before payment is charged otherwise there is no refund. Look for your private access link and password in your email inbox within 48 hours after ordering. Please keep this private. It is your responsibility to set your browser to receive emails & access passwords from Belle Inspiration / Inspired Ink Media. We are not responsible in the event this is not done.

Special Offers, Gifts, Discounts, Mailed Items:
Any mailings, special offers, gifts and/or discount offered to magazine subscribers please allow up to 6 weeks for arrival of any shipped items. Items will be shipped to the address you use when ordering so please notify us if another address is needed.
Belle Inspiration BOX:
There is a $8.00 per BOX shipping fee for each package sent unless otherwise noted. Shipping fee is calculated and paid in advance at check-out. Membership packages generally ship the third & fourth week of each month. If your order is received after the 12th of the month, please expect your first package to ship the following month. In the event a BOX order is shipped late by us for any reason we are not liable for any refunds and/or reduction in price.
Please allow for shipping times noted on original order confirmation email. Belle Inspiration is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped via regular LaPoste mail; including delays, broken or lost packages. No refunds due to any of these events - if this is a problem for you please note the info below regarding purchasing extra tracking and/or priority shipping. We cannot control the action of any postal service used, and the postal address you give to us must be able to receive deliveries. If you do not receive your BOX within 15 days from shipping notification email it is your responsibility to notify us so together we can work to find your BOX.
Each BOX is sent regular post via La Poste & no tracking number is available unless requested when ordering, and we are not responsible for lost packages in this case. If you prefer tracking, priority or expedited shipping please note when ordering and the additional charges will be invoiced to you via PayPal. All inquiries on delivery should be directed to the post office/service. You are responsible for any of your destination country's fees, customs, or taxes that may due upon receipt.
All sales are final, no refunds. Keep in mind these items are sourced from local brocantes, flea markets and boutiques and may have imperfections. ** Small items are tucked into a thin pillow box and slipped into an envelope for shipping. **
Payment plans: Will be set up on a case by case basis. If any payment is missed or late, all BOX shipments will be suspended until said payment is made and account is current.

Belle Inspiration may occasionally send promotional and/or advertising material for its services and/or advertiser info through the mail.
